All sales are final. PinkOG does not accept general returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

Because our products are fulfilled and shipped through third-party suppliers, returns and product issues are handled by the applicable supplier.

Returns

Returns are handled by the supplier.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a return under the supplier's policies, please contact PinkOG as soon as possible with your order information and details about the issue.

PinkOG will work with the supplier, when applicable, to determine whether the item qualifies for a return or other resolution.

Return approval is subject to the supplier's applicable policies and requirements.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, PinkOG provides refunds in Store Credit only.

PinkOG does not issue refunds to the original payment method, cash refunds, or other forms of monetary reimbursement, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Store credit may be used toward future purchases from PinkOG.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We may request photographs or other information to document the issue and submit it to the supplier for review.
